REALTOR®Many of Bo’s guests asked him about buying a lake house and wanted him to manage it for them. After referring so many home sales to local realtors, Bo decided to get his license so he could share his love of PK with his customers and friends.
With over 50 years on PK, no one knows PK better than Bo Bennett. Bo has explored every inch of PK by boat, air, and even underwater! Bo’s parents started coming out to PK in 1966. When he was just a baby, they would tuck him under the boat console to protect him from the sun and wind. They taught him how to ski at 5 years old. And he spent most of his teenage years cruising the lake in his 1977 Ski Nautique staying out of trouble most of the time. His parents have owned PK homes off and on since the early ’90s and moved to the Cliffs full-time in 2015. His grandmother also lived full-time in Gaines Bend from 1975 until around 2003. Bo lived at PK full-time in the early 90’s. In 2014, Bo and his wife G bought the old Scuba Point and turned it into Lush Resort where they live full-time.
After nervously watching families with no lake experience rent nearby vacation houses, Bo saw a need for full-service property management. He and Clay started LPM to manage vacation rental homes where they focus on customer service by personally checking in every guest to give them an orientation of the house and lake and are on-call during their stay. Knowing Bo & Clay are watching out for their guests and homes gives their clients peace of mind.
